What does AkubesWorld sell?

We offer a curated collection of thrift and pre-loved fashion, household items, accessories, and more. Every item is handpicked with care for style, quality, and value.

Are the items new or used?

Most items are gently used and in excellent condition. Some pieces are brand new (with tags). We always note the condition clearly in each product description.

Do you have a physical store?

We have a pickup location in Lagos, Nigeria. Simply order online and choose "Pickup" at checkout if you're nearby.

Do you deliver outside Lagos?

Yes! We deliver nationwide across Nigeria. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.

PAYMENT

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure payments via debit/credit card, bank transfer, and Paystack. Currently, we do not offer payment on delivery.

Order & Returns

Can I reserve an item?

No, we operate on a first-come, first-served basis. Due to the unique nature of thrift items, we recommend checking out as soon as possible.

What happens if my item is out of stock after purchase?

If an item becomes unavailable due to simultaneous purchases, we’ll contact you promptly to offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Return Process

1. Send an email to support@akubesworld.com or DM us on Instagram 2. Once approved, return the item in original condition within 3 days. 3. Refunds are processed as store credit or exchange. In certain cases, we may issue a refund (excluding delivery fees)
